Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Support Specialist to
provide high-touch technical support to its enterprise
customers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical contact for a dedicated book of
enterprise customers, delivering prompt support and guidance
Own and prioritize a specialized support queue with elevated SLAs,
ensuring timely, high-quality responses
Conduct regular check-ins to review product usage, troubleshoot
issues, and provide strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
1+ years in Customer Support, Technical Support, or Enterprise
Support roles
Proven ability to troubleshoot software issues and guide users to
resolution
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and understanding of software
development lifecycles
Experience with customer support tools such as Service Cloud, Help
Scout, or similar
Experience managing technical accounts or complex customer needs
preferred
