Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inbound Customer Service Agent -
Consumer Relations (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Resolve escalated customer service issues and advocate for
customers with internal departments
Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to ensure
satisfactory resolution of appliance-related concerns
Gather information and collaborate with stakeholders to effectively
resolve consumer issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1-year call center experience
Minimum of 2-years escalated customer service experience
Moderate to advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple
online applications
Previous experience working from home (preferred)
