Location: Onsite - Belgrade, MTStatus: Full Time - Exempt
Reports To: Vice President of Sales A. Purpose and Scope of
PositionThis position is responsible for generating sales for Xtant
Medical and meeting or exceeding set sales quotas within their
assigned sales regions. This position will be responsible for
prospecting and generating calls to potential customers, as well as
close sales deals over the phone and maintain good customer
relationships. This person does not supervise other employees and
will support the activities of Independent Agents, Regional Vice
Presidents, and the Vice President of Sales. This position
interacts with employees in the sales force and may interact with
other Department Supervisors and employees as required.B.
Organizational Relationship This position reports to the Vice
President of Sales and is responsible for communicating effectively
with Xtant Medical Regional Vice Presidents. This position may
provide additional support to sales staff or other departments as
requested.C. Duties and ResponsibilitiesSpecific Job
Duties/ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain an understanding of the
requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA); American
Association of Tissue Banks (AATB); International Organization of
Standardization (ISO) 13485; Medical Device Single Audit Program
(MDSAP); and other regulatory jurisdictions, as applicable, to help
the company lead the Medical Device and Biologics industries in
quality practiceAdhere to Xtant Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs) and safety protocols, FDA Regulations for Human Cells,
Tissues, and Cellular and Tissue-Based Products (HCT/Ps) and
Devices; operate in compliance with FDA, AATB, ISO, and
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
StandardsDevelop and maintain an understanding of the Xtant
products and general biological and chemical systems utilized
within the Department. Know how the activities performed in the
Department are controlled by and interact with the Quality System
and how they affect the production of medical devices and tissues
as applicablePerform all duties according to SOPs and Good
Documentation Practices (GDP) and follow appropriate safety
precautions and measures Represent the company in a professional
manner to the public, customers, and vendors and maintain trusting
relationships with physician partners, customers, and fellow
employeesDirect contact with ASC personnel to explore product use
and interest in direct purchase of products from XtantBecome fully
trained on all Xtant products including applications, comparison to
competitive products, features, and benefitsProvide the value
proposition to the ASC about the benefits of purchasing direct from
XtantConduct a minimum of 25 prospecting calls per dayEffectively
utilize consultative selling techniques and/or processes to
identify needs of the facility and recommend products based on
those needsFollow up with product brochures and supporting
collateral on products discussedConfirm interest in having an Xtant
Medical Regional Vice President contact the account for further
discussionWork with Xtant Regional Vice President to pursue
qualified leadsBuild a pipeline of potential future business by
prospecting via the internet, assigned lists, outbound
marketing/lead campaigns, and other sources as identifiedAble to
identify and understand customer needs, take appropriate actions to
ensure customer needs are met, and pro-actively search for ways to
increase customer satisfactionTarget renewal and upgrade
opportunities for existing ASC customersWork as part of a team with
ability to manage own time, activities and resources, ensuring
department standards are met on a consistent basisDocument all
sales activitiesForecast upcoming sales goalsEffectively use
technology-based customer management tools for lead follow-up and
disposition, pipeline management, forecasting, and lost opportunity
trackingFinancial ResponsibilitiesSubmit timely expense reports and
abide by the Expense Reimbursement PolicyEfficiently process all
customer information, contracts, orders and billing
informationReview sales and commission reportsAssist in collection
of past-due customer balances when requestedMaintain strict
confidentiality of all company and customer informationAdminister
and report on consignment inventoriesTrainingParticipate in
training plans and programs and complete in a timely manner within
set deadlinesComplete required training prior to attempting to
perform a taskDevelop and maintain a scientific understanding of
the Xtant Medical products and their respective usesContinually
work to improve selling skillsMaintain required training
documentationManagementThis position does not supervise others
Document Control and Record ControlAssist in the completion and
retention of documentation pertaining to all SOPs as
requiredLegibly and accurately complete all documentation
associated with assigned duties in accordance with GDP and review
the written documentation of others as requiredMaintain information
in physical and electronic files as requiredTrain on and
demonstrate proficiency in Xtant Medical's document control
systemOther duties as assigned Performance of DutiesComplete

RequirementsEducation/Credentials Experience & TrainingBachelor's
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
is preferredOne (1) to two (2) years' previous experience as
telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role is
requiredMedical experience, or experience selling products into
ASCs is preferredTechnical Requirements/SkillsSome knowledge of
FDA, ISO, and AATB requirements as applicableDemonstrated
capability to communicate effectively both orally and in
writingExceptional verbal and written interpersonal, presentation,
and communication skillsExcellent telephone etiquette and ability
to make a large number of phone calls on a daily basisStrong
analytical, negotiation and creative problem-solving skillsAbility
to multitask and have strong organizational skills and attention to
detailProficient computer skills required such as intermediate
knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other
