Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Sr. Principal Quality Analyst.
This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the
Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division.This role may offer a
competitive relocation assistance package.What You'll Get To
Do:Ensures that performance and quality products conform to
established company and regulatory standards.Reviews, analyzes and
reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process,
mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems.Investigates
problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for
recurring discrepancies.Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering,
customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure
requirements are met.Recommends corrective actions, dispositions
and modifications.Perform Quality Management System (QMS) audits
within the SDS Division: coordinate 3rd party audits for
AS9100/CMMI/etc., create audit reports, track and collect key
performance indicators, assist with and monitor corrective

position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule
allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday
to take every other Friday off.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's
degree and 8 years of applicable experience; Master's degree and 6
years of relevant experience. In lieu of formal education, 12 years
of relevant job experience may be considered.Experience planning
and/or conducting internal audits.AS9100 experience.Root Cause and
Corrective Action experience.Active Secret Clearance or higher with
an adjudication date within the last 6 yearsPreferred
Qualifications:DoD program experience.Certified AS9100D Lead
AuditorCMMI v 2.0 Level 3 formal appraisal experienceExperience in
ICBMs or Aerospace programsExcellent verbal and written
communication skills.Ability to collaborate in a team
environment.Ability to prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish
project results.Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
and/or accomplish them simultaneously.Active Top Secret
ClearanceSalary Range: $92,400 USD $138,600 USDEmployees may be
eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual
bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as
allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice
President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
