  Required Skills & Experience:
  -Ability to address and solve both technical and interpersonal problems.
  -Demonstrated communication skills.
  -Ability to use computerized and mechanical equipment efficiently.
  -Ability to Score Studies according to AASM guidelines.
  -Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs.
  -Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.
  -Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc.
  -May have the same physical requirements as those of clinical or patient care jobs, when the leader takes clinical shifts.
  
  Preferred Skills & Experience:
  -Clinical or patient care experience.
  -Proven ability to supervise others. Available to work the night shift with demonstrated ability to do so.
  -Demonstrated ability to address and solve both technical and interpersonal problems

  -Demonstrated ability to use computerized and mechanical equipment.
  Required Education:
  -High School Degree or GED.
  
  Preferred Education:
  -Anatomy courses.
  
  Required Certifications & Licensure:
  -BLS Certification or RQI for Healthcare Providers.
  -Current RPSGT/RST or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) licensed in the state of practice, if required.
  -Specific certifications or skills as required by facility or patient population (i.e. PALS, ACLS, NRP).
  
  Preferred Certifications & Licensure:
  -If working in Idaho, PSGT Permit issued by the Idaho State Board of Medicine.
