Job Description:
A company is looking for a Title Examiner I to examine raw title
data and assess risks related to real property documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Examine title abstracts to identify risks and exceptions related to
properties
Conduct risk assessments to ensure proper lien positions as
expected by the insured
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the Title
Commitment process to ensure timely delivery of title commitments
and policies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Associates Degree or two years of equivalent work experience
One to two years of prior real estate experience
Sound understanding of real estate knowledge and terminology
Ability to interpret property reports and use internet-based
applications
Proficient in PC skills, particularly in Excel, Word, Email, and
Adobe
