  • Be properly LICENSED, BONDED, and INSURED
  • Take pride in what you do for work, have great WORKMANSHIP
  • Be self-driven, motivated and EAGER for work
  • Be professional, and provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Have a personal installation vehicle and tools for siding removal/replacement
  • Have your own crew/team(s)
  • Have 1+ years' installation experience
  • Preferred: Lead certifications for Pre 1978 installations (not required)
