A small short term acute care facility in beautiful Montana is seeking a Cardiovascular Operating Room Circulator Educator to join their team! The nurse leader with experience in CVOR and clinical education will be welcomed to the opportunity.

This smaller 15+ bed hospital is located in Central Montana, and offers a range of medical services including: inpatient and outpatient surgical services, 24-hour emergency care, diagnostic imaging and radiology services, oncology care, infusion services, physical therapy, and a full-service laboratory. This facility has received a CMS 5-star rating, and is well-known in the surrounding communities for its commitment to delivery of high quality patient care.

The Cardiovascular Operating Room Circulator Educator will be responsible for both circulating the CVOR, and serving as the OR clinical educator for the facility’s 5+ operating rooms. The CVOR Nurse Circulator will maintain oversight of the OR during complex cardiothoracic and vascular cases, including open heart procedures. The Circulator Nurse CVOR will initiate and implement plans of care with relation to AORN policies and procedures. Additionally, this role will be responsible for education of all operating room staff, conducting in-services, education, and training for current OR staff as well as new hires. The Cardiovascular Operating Room Circulator Educator will collaborate with fellow RNs, surgical techs, sterile processing staff, anesthesia staff, providers, and hospital leadership to regularly provide excellent patient care and OR clinical education.

This role is RN/ BSN-required. Furthermore, the ideal candidate for this position will possess 2-3 years of operating room and CVOR experience. CNOR certification is highly desirable.
