Grumman Space Systems is seeking multiple Product Support Program
Managers (S01) to join its team of diverse professionals. These
positions may be located in either Roy, UT, Huntsville, AL or
Colorado Springs, CO and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program.

supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and
deployment of hardware and system modifications for
Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne
Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated
infrastructure.What you will get to do:As the Product Support
Program Manager, you will oversee and manage a team of technical
writers and graphic artists. The preferred candidate has experience
in ICBM operations, maintenance, and/or S1000D tech orders. The
successful candidate will oversee all aspects of producing an
S1000D tech order library, from a technical writing, editing,
illustrating, and publication process perspective.Additional Roles
and Responsibilities:General team supervision, performance
management, career development, merit planning, employee
engagement, employee rewards and recognition, and resolving
personnel issuesProvide project and technical oversight for
Technical Order development activities performed by the groupAssist
hiring and employee skills development, labor forecasting and
execution through close collaboration with program management, and
balancing employee needs with business goalsExcellent verbal,
organizational, and written communication skills are
required.Manpower and resource assignmentTechnical risk assessment
and mitigationFacilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring of

positions will have a standard work schedule of 9/80. The 9/80
schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through

Qualifications:Bachelor's of Science Degree from an accredited
institution with minimum 5 years of experience. An additional 4
years would be accepted in lieu of a degree.1 year of experience
leading projects or cross-functional teams.3 years of experience
writing in XML/S1000D International Specification for Technical
Publications/IETM/DataActive DoD Secret Clearance investigated
within the last 5 years with the ability to obtain special program
access.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with the Eagle/EPS
publishing systemExperience in utilizing the USAF Flight Manual or
Maintenance Manual change processModule writing (Arbortext, EAGLE,
XMetal, or similar program)At least 4 years' experience in an
electronic/avionic field or in a Department of Defense (DoD)
maintenance backgroundLead or supervisor experienceComplete
understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices,
and standardsFull knowledge of DoD industry practices (TO 00-5-1,
Mil-STD-38784, MIL-STD-3048, Mil-STD-1808). Independently
demonstrates the skill and ability to perform fairly complex
professional tasksMust be able to read and interpret complex
engineering drawings, specifications, and system description
documents.Ability to demonstrate success in leading and developing
teams" Salary Range: $103,300 USD $163,100 USDEmployees may be
eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual
bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as
allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice
