Job Description:

An eCommerce company is in need of a Remote Software Development Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Representing the organization on technical matters with senior leadership
Identifying and delivering innovative technical solutions
Defining and building technical architecture that will scale for the long-term
Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams
5+ years hands-on programming experience in Java, C#, C++, or similar
5+ years of experience with OO design and common design patterns.
3+ years of people management experience, managing engineers
3+ years of experience architecting and designing
