TTEC Consulting's Insights Practice is looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant to manage client relationships and provide value-added marketing consulting. More specifically, this person will plan, design, measure campaigns, and recommend steps to optimize so our clients meet their marketing objectives. The role is expected to provide strategic direction on the development of new campaigns, including targeting strategy, value proposition development, and financial performance evaluation.The Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant will bring to TTEC experience in marketing database analysis and proficiency in Python. Additionally, ability to execute complete analysis process from data extraction/manipulation through quality check, report and delivery of data and reports.The ideal candidate will have the ability to think analytically (to mine the data), creatively (to develop program ideas), and strategically (to deliver business results for our clients). The candidate must be able to pull all insights into a crisp, easy to understand presentation, and speak to the results with confidence.What you'll be doing:--- - - - Manage/own marketing campaigns along with internal team, client and agency partners, ensuring alignment with client goals.--- - - - Provide targeting recommendations, test & learn opportunities and campaign forecasts that estimate incremental lift and ROI--- - - - Help design analytic data set specifications: synthesize business questions, and translate from concept to code to support production of client deliverables--- - - - Prepare complex analytic deliverables, combining multiple programming outputs to create cohesive reports--- - - - Assemble post campaign analysis with a focus on providing concise actionable data-driven marketing insights and recommendations--- - - - Presentation of analyses and recommendations in client meetings--- - - - Manage client relationships and identify opportunities to grow those relationshipsWhat you'll bring to us:--- - - - 3-5 years of professional experience in a marketing database analysis role--- - - Proficiency in Python--- - - - Ability to execute complete analysis process from data extraction/manipulation through quality check, report and delivery of data and reports--- - - - Solid understanding of CRM concepts and practices (control groups, weighting, statistical significance)--- - - - Experience creating and delivering high impact, easy to follow presentations--- - - - Project and client management experienceAdditional skills that would be a plus:--- - - - Proficiency in SQL, SAS--- - - - Ability to leverage data visualization tools, such as PowerBI and TableauWhat You Can Expect:
