Job Description:
The Billings Hotel and Convention Center is seeking a Sous Chef
to join our team . The Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef with
supervision, coordination, and food production of the kitchen. They
ensure cost effective production of the highest quality food and
maintain high sanitary standards following health department
regulations.
The Billings hotel food service department services a full service
restaurant, lounge and large convention department. We regularly do
banquet meals from 25 to 760 people.
The BHCC is a Montana family owned 231 room convention hotel
located in South East Montana, less than 2 hours from Yellowstone
National Park. We are the largest convention facility under one
roof in the State of Montana, with the ability to do meals for up
to 800 guests.
