Coverage Needed

Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Schedule:
- 7/1-7/9
- 7/20-7/27
- 8/24-8/31
- M-F clinic/OR (8a-5p, includes 1-hour lunch)
- OR scheduled 1 day per week
- flexible assigned shifts
- minimum 1 week per month
Call: Beeper; weeknights and weekends call, 20-minute response time

Clinical Details

EMR System: Cerner
Practice Settings: Outpatient, Inpatient
Rounding
Support Staff: RN: 1, MA: 5, PA/NPs: 2, Office Staff: 1
Trauma Level: 1
PEDs Level: 3
Comprehensive ENT practice APP support in clinic and OR

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible
Licensed in Montana or IMLC
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- All certifications need to be issued by AHA
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Fellowship preferred
Facial trauma experience required
- Mandible Fracture Repairs
- General head and neck experience
- Complex head and neck is not required
