A facility near Saint Xavier, MT, seeks an experienced physician to join their inpatient care team. • Start Date: ASAP with ongoing availability.
• Setting: Inpatient-only; no outpatient responsibilities required.
• Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Night and weekend call coverage shared or based on the provider's scheduled stretch.
• Patient Volume: Manage 1215 inpatients per day.
• Call Coverage:
  • Call starts at 5:00 PM and ends at 8:00 AM.
  • Includes 1-2 phone consults during off-hours.
• Support Staff: Full hospital team, including in-house Internal Medicine provider support.

• Certification: Board Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is mandatory.
• Procedural Skills: Preferred but not required, including diagnostic/therapeutic taps, arthrocentesis, and EMG/Nerve Conduction studies.
• Credentialing Timeline: 46 weeks with temporary privileges available.

• Travel & Lodging: Corporate rates available for accommodations.
• Holidays Included: Providers can work through major holidays, including New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Christmas Day.
• Flexible Scheduling: Open to multiple providers or long-term coverage arrangements.
