opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist specializing in
school-based settings for the 2026/2027 academic year in Fromberg,
MT. This contract position offers the chance to provide essential
1:1 therapy and comprehensive case management services within a
school environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized
physical therapy services directly to students in need of 1:1
therapy support Develop, implement, and monitor tailored therapy
plans aligned with students' educational goals Oversee case
management duties, coordinating care and communicating progress
with educators, families, and healthcare providers Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to support holistic student development and
participation in school activities Maintain accurate documentation
and compliance with school and state regulations Desired
Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in
school or pediatric healthcare settings Strong knowledge of
educational and therapeutic intervention strategies appropriate for
school-aged children Proven ability to manage cases independently
while ensuring effective communication across teams Flexibility to
work either full time or part time based on school scheduling needs
