Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Billings, MT Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,380 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OR RN in Billings, Montana, 59101! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty License: Required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience. - Trauma Level I experience. - Strong experience in trauma, general, neuro, ortho, and vascular or thoracic services. - Ability to handle cases independently across various service lines such as Urology, GYN, GYN-Oncology, ENT, and robotics. Description: This position requires strong experience in operating room nursing. Candidates must have the ability to work nights and may have limited call. There may be one weekend of call per month depending on scheduled shifts. Experience in trauma surgeries and a variety of surgical procedures is essential. Candidates should be comfortable stepping into a charge role when necessary. Daily census in the unit is approximately 40 patients. The unit consists of 14 operating rooms. Independently performing cases across multiple specialties is required. RNs must be proficient in both general and trauma surgical procedures. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams are necessary.
