a qualified Rehab RN in Billings, Montana, 59102! Job Title:

Skills/Experience: Experience in rehabilitation nursing Ability to
work with patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Description: The
Rehabilitation Hospital is a state-of-the-art, 34-bed inpatient
acute rehabilitation facility. It is dedicated to the treatment and
recovery of individuals who have experienced debilitating effects
from severe injuries or illnesses. Our rehabilitation programs
provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients
throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, intense
rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering
from various conditions, including stroke, brain injury,
neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation,
and orthopedic injuries. The goal is to maximize health, function,
and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and
rehabilitation programs. Patient ratios are 1:7, ensuring focused
and dedicated care. The equipment used includes an electronic
health record system for efficient patient management. The patient
population includes individuals aged 16 and older. The ideal
candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively
communicate with patients and their families. This role requires a
proactive approach to patient care and collaboration within a
multidisciplinary team. Rehabilitation nursing experience is highly
preferred. Candidates must be adaptable, compassionate, and
