Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Cody, WY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,320 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Cardiopulmonary Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Current state license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Experience with ventilators, oxygen devices, and blood gas analysis Description: Accountable for all respiratory care ordered by physicians. Follows all policies and procedures. Operates, maintains, and monitors all CP equipment including ventilators and oxygen devices. Administers inhaled medication and prescribed gases. Performs arterial, capillary, and venous sticks, as well as testing. Operates ABG instruments for blood gas analysis. Acts as a clinical resource and assists with decision-making, assessment, treatment, and documentation of respiratory care. Reviews patient charts and obtains pertinent history for care prior to therapy or procedure. Performs accurate patient assessments and orders appropriate therapies based on evaluation. Documents patient assessments, care plans, evaluations, treatments, and procedures. Ensures physician orders are correct in the electronic medical record. Performs duties as required by the department. Performs EKGs upon order or request. Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS BLS PALS - AHA Skills Checklist Specialty Exam
