Job Description Job Description Salary Range:$40.00 To $48.00 Hourly $10,000 Stay Bonus Status: Full Time/Exempt Reports To: Rehabilitation Manager A. Purpose and Scope of Position This position is responsible for providing direct patient care, patient evaluations, consultations, and treatments to assist patients in reaching maximum physical performance. They perform an individualized evaluation and design a goal-directed customized plan to improve the person’s physical function and mobility. The PT provides a therapeutic diagnosis and combines a good knowledge of therapeutic exercises, education, manual therapy, and modalities to work with patients in strength training, exercise, and other techniques to facilitate recovery from a injury, surgery, diagnoses, progressive impairments, and/or failure to thrive physically.
