registered nurse specializing in the operating room to support
surgical care in Sheridan, MT. This contract role offers a focused
environment where your skills in perioperative nursing will

Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms by ensuring cleanliness,
sterilization, and arranging surgical instruments. Assist surgical
teams during procedures by anticipating needs and handling
instruments. Monitor patient vitals and responses throughout
surgery to support safe care. Adhere to strict infection control
and safety protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare
teams to optimize surgical workflows. Desired Experience and
Qualifications: Current RN licensure with Operating Room (OR)
experience. Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical
instrumentation, and OR protocols. Ability to work flexible shifts,
including varied hours and on-call duties. Excellent communication
and teamwork skills within high-pressure environments. Commitment
to patient safety and high standards of care. Schedule: Monday
through Friday with 4 x 10-hour shifts. Call responsibilities
required. Guaranteed hours may not apply during holiday weeks.
