experienced Otolaryngologist in Montana, providing care across both

Position Details: Location: Montana, near Hardin Role: Locum Tenens
Otolaryngologist Facility Type: Level 1 trauma center with Level 3
pediatric care Start Date: January 1, 2025 End Date: Ongoing
coverage required Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call
Call Details: Beeper call with a 20-minute response time required;
coverage includes both inpatient and outpatient call
responsibilities Practice Setting and Requirements: Patient Care:
Inpatient and outpatient, with hospital admissions required Patient
Volume: Variable, based on shift and department needs Specialty
Skills: General Otolaryngology, Surgical and Non-Surgical
Procedures Key Procedures: Septal, Sinus, Endoscopic, Laryngoscopy,
Bronchoscopy, Tracheotomy, Thyroidectomy, Parotidectomy, Radical
Neck Surgery, Facial Reconstruction, Blepharoplasty, and
Rhinoplasty Advanced Skills: Experience in complex head and neck
procedures is preferred Rounding: Required for both inpatient and
outpatient care Certification and Licensing Requirements: Board
Certification: Required, with eligibility acceptable Fellowship:
Preferred but not required Licensure: Must be licensed in Montana
or eligible through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
Certification Needs: ACLS and BLS are required Support and
Resources: Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner Support Staff:
Includes RN, MA, PA/NP, and administrative office support
Privileges and Credentialing: Hospital and surgery center
privileges required, with a credentialing timeframe of
approximately 90 days Insurance and Travel: Insurance provided by
