One Health in Sheridan, Wyoming is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our integrated care team. Youll work closely with primary care providers, nurses, and behavioral health professionals in a supportive, teambased environment.
