year of LTC experience Description: Located in a scenic area ideal
for outdoor enthusiasts. The region offers numerous activities such
as fishing, camping, hiking, boating, and off-roading. It is within
driving distance to prominent tourist attractions. Staff must start
a registry check upon acceptance, which may take 12-20 days to
complete. The facility has 84 beds with an average census of 50-60
residents. The building features four units, including specific
care areas. BLS ratios are 1:5-20 days and 1:30-35 nights.
Certified nursing aides are available, with a ratio of 1:8-12.
Shifts are ongoing every other weekend. Pharmacy services utilize
medication carts with bubble packs. Each shift is 12 hours from
7-7. Floor-specific orientation will consist of two shifts or until
staff feel comfortable. Cerner experience is preferred but not
required. Candidates should be efficient with large medication
passes and possess strong communication skills. The facility
accommodates a designated unit for specific patient needs. There
are currently no PPE issues, and protocols for N95 masks are in
place. Facility-provided scrubs are cleaned by the organization.
There is no on-call requirement. Charting is done using a specified
