to expand/nfrom a one-doctor practice to a two-doctor practice. You
would begin in a charming facility with top-notch staff. We can

encouraged to contact us early! ASSOCIATE VETERINARIAN Job Summary
In addition to the responsibilities outlined below, the Associate
Veterinarian/nis an invaluable member of the hospital team who
works directly with a Managing/nDoctor and supporting medical
staff. This individual advances the quality of/nmedicine in the
practice and provides exceptional client service to our
clients/nand patients. Job Responsibilities /n - Builds rapport
with clients by/n gathering information and listening to, and
empathizing with their/n concerns /n - Performs physical
examinations/n and diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures
that deliver the highest/n quality care while minimizing patient
stress and discomfort. /n - Communicates with clients on/n topics
such as pet diagnosis, treatment plans, preventive health care,
and/n nutritional needs. /n - Maintains client/patient/n
medical/surgical records and makes certain all necessary logs are
kept/n up-to-date through established protocols. /n - Stays current
on new medical/n information and changes in veterinary medicine. /n
- Assists in the development of/n the paraprofessional team to
ensure delivery of the highest quality care/n and exceptional
client service. /n - Presents a positive image of/n the hospital in
the professional community and to the general public. /n Skills and
Basic Qualifications /n - Candidate must be a graduate of an
AVMA-accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG
certification program/nor the PAVE certification program -
Licensure in good standing to/n practice in the state of Montana /n
- Commitment to practicing the/n highest standard of medicine and
upholding veterinary code of ethics. /n - Demonstrates excellent
verbal/n and written communication skills. /n - Works
collaboratively with/n hospital team members. /n - Makes decisions
confidently and/n effectively. /n - Manages time and tasks/n
appropriately. /n - Models a professional and/n courteous manner
with staff and clients. /n - Commitment to ongoing/n educational
