NuWest Travel Nursing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Billings, Montana. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Requirements: - Active Montana PT license (or in process/pending) License reimbursement assistance - must start license application with offer acceptance - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy - BLS/CPR certification - Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (mileage reimbursed) - Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience preferred but not required Responsibilities: - Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, function, and quality of life - Develop and implement individualized therapy plans - Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs - Perform home safety evaluations and recommend adaptive equipment - Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to ensure comprehensive care - Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and timely
