Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a day shift position with
call rotation, requiring BLS and ARRT certification.
Responsibilities Work in a diagnostic imaging department
specializing in CT and radiologic technology Day shifts with
participation in a call rotation Assignments are 13 weeks in length
Patient population includes both pediatric and geriatric patients
Overnight housing accommodations available for out-of-town
employees Perform radiographic procedures under the supervision of
the Imaging Director and radiologist Collaborate with other
departments for effective patient care Participate in performance
improvement activities and adhere to safety and infection control
policies Demonstrate teamwork, professional courtesy, and
adaptability to change Other duties as directed Requirements
Graduation from an approved school of radiology technology
Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
(ARRT) Active state license required if applicable Current BLS
certification Must maintain required continuing education credits
for ARRT Ability to work overtime and participate in on-call
rotation Understanding of age-related developmental issues for
