Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 11/24/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with neuro skills and robotics experience for an evening shift at a Level I Trauma Center. Responsibilities - Position is in the hospital Operating Room - Schedule is four 10-hour evening shifts from 11:00 to 21:30 with rotating days off - May be scheduled on weekends as needed by the unit - Call required approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend shift per month - Patients include high-acuity surgical cases at a Level I Trauma Center - Predominantly focused on neuro surgical cases - Requires experience with the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System - No floating required unless otherwise agreed upon during interview or offer - Primary responsibilities include circulating and scrubbing for a wide range of neuro and robotic surgeries - Flexible with RTO requests provided shift time is made up - First-time travelers are welcome to apply - Return staff must have at least a 1-year gap before being considered for rehire - Pre-start modules are required and completed prior to assignment Requirements - Active MT or compact RN license - BLS certification required - Minimum 3 years of prior OR RN experience - Level I Trauma Center experience required - Must have experience in neuro procedures including ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, and XLIF - Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System required - Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility - References required for consideration Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-627570.
