Association: Quality Rehab Management Duration: 89 days Start Date:
07/28/2025 End Date: 10/25/2025 Care Setting: Skilled Nursing
Facility Shift: 8-hour day shifts Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week Key
Requirements Licensure: Valid state-issued license Required
Qualifications: Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA
program Certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), NPTE for PTAs Experience:
Minimum 1 year in a Skilled Nursing Facility Vaccination: Required
as per facility policy Credentialing Timeline: Completed within 30
