Eduro Healthcare is the new operator, and our therapists are hired in-house so we can have better communication and collaboration with the entire facility.We provide education on dementia training, wound care, vestibular rehab, modality use, skilled maintenance, and many more programming topics.Our facilities deliver outstanding care as well as foster strong employee bonds. We are changing how care is delivered by bringing together people like you: compassionate, highly skilled, and motivated to make a difference!The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the highest quality of resident care available, support staff and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on the Eduro Healthcare Values of wellness, compassion, customer experience and company results.** Daily Pay Available & Free CEUs Courses Offered **Physical Therapist Job ResponsibilitiesEvaluate a Residents condition and develop an appropriate physical rehabilitation plan.Help Residents to improve their mobility.Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance.Inform Residents what they should anticipate in different stages of their recovery and how they will handle each situation.Maintain Resident confidence and protect facility operations by keeping information confidential.Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants when required.Maintains a safe and clean working environment by protecting Residents and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.Contribute to inter-disciplinary team efforts in resident care.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
