Job Description:
Join our team as a full-time MDS Coordinator in a on-site role,
with a $12,000 sign-on bonus.
Ensure timely, accurate MDS assessments and verify compliance with
regulatory deadlines.
Supervise data entry, transmission, and resolve validation
issues.
Prepare reports for the Director of Nursing, address operational
concerns, and participate in surveys and audits.
Assist with audit responses and stay current on Medicare/Medicaid
regulations.
Support quality improvement initiatives related to MDS.
Qualifications include an RN or LPN license, minimum 3 years in
long-term care, prior MDS experience, strong clinical skills, and
COVID-19 vaccination.
