The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes
responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning,
implementing and evaluating care of patients. The staff RN utilizes
the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention,
evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health
team members.

We believe in training and knowledge . If you have no OR
experience, you will complete our AORN Periop erative 101 program
during your 5 month orientation . Once you complete Periop erative
101, you will have a year membership to AORN and 40 CEUs through
AORN .
We will support your orientation process by pairing you with a
dedicated and experienced preceptor . The OR Educator will oversee
your orientation process and be there to support and guide you
during orientation and beyond

Physical Requirements:
Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and
in writing.- and -Operate computers and other office equipment
requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.- and -See and read

for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone,
or other equipment.- and -May require lifting and transporting
objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling and reaching.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly
rate dependent upon experience.
$35.70 - $50.73
