• Certification Details
• Must maintain continuing education and meet the required continuing education credits by the ARRT
• Must have current BLS.
  • Job Details
  • Under the direct supervision of the Imaging Director and under the guidance of the radiologist, performs mammography and radiographic procedures to assist in a diagnosis of disease and injuries.
  • The Radiologic Technologist works effectively with patients and patients' families and consults other departments as appropriate to collaborate in patient care and performance improvement activities.
  • The employee will demonstrate the ability to: manage time; maintain a safe and clean environment; practice confidentiality; treat all persons with respect and professional courtesy; accept change; support the mission and vision of Big Horn Hospital Association (BHHA); accept and provide constructive feedback; be a team player; and adhere to the infection control, fire and safety, disaster and hazardous waste policies.
  • The employee must also demonstrate the competencies for the position and adhere to policies and procedures for the department.
  • Will perform other duties as directed.
    • Job Requirements
    • Graduation from an approved school of radiology technology.
    • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensed by the State Department of Health.
