The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an integral part of the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As a CNA, you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment, including

Ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest levels of care and service
Providing a caring and compassionate atmosphere that recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights
Assist with providing clinical care as directed This contracted engagement is contingent on completing pre-placement physical and criminal background.

Documents to submit: (Current within the last 12 months)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
- Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in an acute care/long-term care setting is desirable.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- 2-step TB test
- Criminal Background Check
- Physical exam
- Vaccination Card
