Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is preferred. Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school is required. Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
