  DETAILS:
  The Community Health Nurse leads efforts to identify, educate, and support pregnant women/expecting families with opioid use disorder, seeking to refer them to appropriate resources, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and integrated behavioral health care, and retain them in their programs of care.
  
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  - Degree in Nursing REQUIRED
  - MT License REQUIRED
  - 2-5 years experience PREFERRED
  - MAT and home visiting experience PREFERRED
