The PM will utilize PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) or Scrum as best practices, standards, and guidelines for all projects.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the oversight and performance of Technology project status, meetings, reporting, scope changes, financials, administrative, and technical issues.
  • Manages project scope, and change management, monitors project progress and performance, and provides status reports to Technology management and Project Sponsors, as required.
  • Serves as liaison between client business team and CBRE Technology team covering: Technology deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and budgets.
  • Manages expectations of sponsors, stakeholders, and team regarding scope of work and responsibilities. Develops requirements and cost projections for projects.
  • Manages projects on time and within budget.
  • Responsible for helping with development of project documentation and maintains documentation throughout the life of the project.
  • Confirms deliverables with project sponsor and/or client
  • Coordinates meetings and conferences and materials.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as guidance, and/or training to coworkers. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as math, business, information technology, or computer science, or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years of combined business and/or Technology experience.CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSESProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred ScrumMaster (CSM) or ITIL certification preferred.COMMUNICATION SKILLSExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGERequires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Manages and maintains project financial tracking and reporting.REASONING ABILITYAbility to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIESProject experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools, and proficiency in Google Workspace suite of tools preferred.SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITYDecisions are made with a thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Manages several smaller projects or single large efforts on their own, with consultation and reporting to Sr. Project Manager. Errors in judgment may cause a short-term impact to the department.#INDSJColorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $146,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience.
