This position will have a key role in Partner and Product Experience department leading process development, establishing optimal workflow, and building a department around project management.In addition to competitive wages we offer: Hybrid, flexible work environment Paid maternity and paternity leave Generous vacation allowance in addition to company paid holidays Phone and internet reimbursement 401(k) with company match 24-hour access to our on-site gym Travel opportunities Substantial company product allowance Competitive benefits package The ability to define the scope of your role in our rapidly growing enterpriseThe ideal Director of Project Management will: Be an experienced leader with a proven track record building a team and working cross functionally to accomplish organizational goals Bring the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic, complex environment Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates through their leadership style Have excellent communication and partnership skills to manage, inform, and influence outcomes Able to handle multiple priorities without jeopardizing quality of execution and exhibit high performance under pressureKey Areas of Responsibility: Work cross functionally to refine process and create workflows between departments resulting in alignment, improved accountability and seamless project completion Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing objectives Own the relationship with our work management software and administer the system including implementing metrics and reporting to drive progress toward organizational objectives Mentor and lead directly and indirectly the project managers for various departments including marketing, creative and product development Lead key status meetings and own reporting to executives on project progress Work with international partners to report on project and gather requirements as needed Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, handling the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility Define and lead the Stage Gate processes to plan, prioritize, track, and align work efforts across all organizational projects and initiatives.Requirements / Preferred Skills At least 10 years of Project Management experience At least 3 years of People Management experience PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification BA/BS in business, marketing communications or related field Experience with work management systems and their administration (We currently use Wrike) International business experience Project management skills/certifications and experience managing the priorities of multiple stakeholders Collaborative nature and ability to rapidly adapt to changing requirementsIf you're interested in an organization where you can have a large impact, be a key part of driving core initiatives forward, and carve out the scope of your own role, we'd love to talk to you!
