looking for a Manager of Event Experience and Operations that
brings a combination of logistical expertise and creative thinking
to join our team. Our ideal candidate has proven experience
planning and managing in-person and digital events from start to
finish - everything from tradeshows to webinars. You should have a
successful track record of driving attendance and achieving ROI
through event marketing strategies and tactics.This role navigates
and owns all aspects of event strategy and operations.
Responsibilities include but not limited to; budget, long-term
vision and goal setting, people management of cross functional
teams, creating processes to streamline decision making, present
milestones and updates to leadership, track success year over year,
post-event evaluation and analysis, measurement of ROI, site
selection, contract negotiations, registration website development,
and link to international strategy.During a Typical Day, You'll
- Set the strategy and long-term thinking; working alongside
-cross functional teams -to determine the global -event -strategy
and themes -for TTEC Digital brands
- Build a rolling 12-month -event -plan that aligns with
marketing -campaigns, key programs, and business objectives
- Design event experiences for a variety of audiences including
clients, prospects, vertical industries, and partners
- Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to
evaluate event sponsorship opportunities
- Develop attendee acquisition strategies for in-person and
digital events, both large and small in scale
- Coordinate event communication to event staff, stakeholders,
and attendees
- Lead annual multi-day conferences with end-to-end planning,
coordination, measurement, and ROI
- Provide direction, coordination and support to onsite team
members, either in-person or remotely
- Develop cross-functional timelines, detailed project plans, and
thoughtfully planned workstreams
- Conduct pre-show planning and post-show meetings to ensure
successful outcomes and experiences
- Provide a flawless experience for attendees by anticipating or
solving challenges in the background
- Deliver post event reports with data-driven analysis including
attendee feedback, goal attainment, and recommendations for future
event improvements, drive and deliver best practice documents
- Establish and manage annual event budget and budgets for
individual events
- Build processes for repeatability and scalability of events
activities
- Manage and vet vendor relationships; negotiate contracts to
secure the best possible pricing
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders,
partners, vendors, and industry speakers
- Ensure displays, attire and swag at events stand out and follow
company brand guidelines
- Manage and coordinate use of event asset inventory
- Manage a team of Event Managers to execute the annual meeting
and event calendar
- Absorb information from a variety of inputs and stakeholders
-to -align event strategy to business objectives and revenue
goals
- Stay ahead of the latest experiential innovations in the
industry
- Execute other projects as assignedWhat You Bring to the Role
- Deep expertise in digital and in-person event execution
- Experience organizing and coordinating multiple events
simultaneously
- Experience with managing an event budget
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to excel in moments of ambiguity and make decisions
without direction
- Demonstrate technical aptitude related to event management
technology, systems and platforms
- Business acumen to navigate ever-changing priorities in an
environment with many inputs
- Highly organized, decisive, and a quick problem solver
- Strategic thinker and hands-on executor
- A self-starter who is energized by people and fast-paced
environments
- Ability to excite cross-functional teams about working with you
and feel great about their involvement
- Ability and excitement to travel for trade shows and
events
- 10 years of event management, digital marketing or related
role, ideally at a B2B company
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related
equivalent experienceWhat You Can ExpectThe anticipated range for
individuals expressing interest in this position is $100,000 -
$125,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual
incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may
vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education
and/or skill levels. Benefits available to eligible employees
