This Account Manager position will be responsible for selling the Snap One Product Control4. Control4 is a smart home automation platform that allows users to connect and manage all their devices in one place. Our products can control things such as your home theatre, lighting, security, thermostat, and so much more. The Account Manager position will be responsible for outbound calls directly to existing company clients/dealers. As an Account Manager you'll contact dealers and help them build their business. This position will be focused on building and maintain a strong relationship with the dealers and be the main point of contact to notify them about changes and updates to our products. Reaching out to a dealer whose sales have slipped to excite them and re-invigorate them about our brand and product line will also be required. This role is critical in keeping in touch with our dealers and making sure they have what they need in order to be successful. Responsibilities * Conducting Business-to-business sales * Transactional focus, comfortable with a quota carrying position * Occasional involvement in outside sales with dealer support * Learn the full range of Control4 technology, products, and services and can articulate to dealers how these products and services align to their customer needs * Explain technical, industry, and market facts to position Control4 as a competitive solution * Cooperate and collaborate with colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process Qualifications Required Qualifications * BS Business, related field or 5-7 years' experience, in lieu of degree * Prior call centre sales experience and sales management experience * Fluent reading, writing and speaking English * Thorough knowledge of the concepts, practices and procedures of an outbound Telesales centre * Proven customer service skills, sales experience and leadership ability. Sound decision-making and analytical skills drive and desire to succeed * Experience with CRM databases * Experience in B2B and B2C telemarketing and sales * Experience in consumer technology, CEDIA, or parallel industries such as security, lighting, cable/satellite Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Salesforce is required to contribute and update data for understanding/segmentation of dealer base * An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity are a must * Familiar using Microsoft Windows operating system, Microsoft Outlook, and Salesforce * Experience in the CEDIA or consumer electronics channel, a plus * Bachelor's degree preferred
