Job Description:

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in recruiting for a Student Services Coordinator job in Billings, MT. This is a temporary to hire opportunity. The Coordinator will be responsible for working with the Tutoring, Mentoring and Volunteer Programs with the organization.

Responsibilities for the job include:

Maintain a tutoring program to serve the kids during the school year.

Manage the summer and school year reading programs.

Track data for grant reporting purposes.

Communicate with Teachers, Staff and Parents.

Proof read and/or edit various correspondence, publications, and grant proposals.

Analyze mentoring data to determine effectiveness.

Maintain and manage a comprehensive volunteer program.

Coordinate volunteer participation and recruiting.

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

College Degree in Education, Business, Accounting Management or Related Field

4 Years Experience in Leadership Role

Strong Computer Skills in: Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and database programs

Excellent written an verbal communication skills

Customer Service

Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
