Job Description:
A company is looking for an SAP Support Engineer, 100%
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver core customer support by resolving known errors and
reproducing customer issues
Create and maintain knowledge documents and participate in the SAP
Community for proactive support
Provide coaching and mentoring to new employees and develop deeper
technical skills
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in implementing, administering, and
troubleshooting enterprise-level applications
Experience in Supply Chain Management; SAP Integrated Business
Planning experience is a plus
Work experience in a related field is preferred
Completion of topic area specific technical or functional
curriculum
