T-O Engineers, an Ardurra Company is seeking a motivated Structural Staff Engineer to join our Structural Group in Cody, WY! Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or a closely related field
• EI/EIT Certificate (preferred but not required)
• 0-3--years' experience in the civil, structural, or mechanical engineering field
• Strong computer skills
• Experience with Revit (preferred but not required)
• Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills Key Responsibilities--
  • Structural engineer will work collaboratively with more experienced engineers on large projects while developing the skills to lead/work independently on smaller structural design projects
  • Complete various design tasks and preparation of drawings under the direction of experienced project managers
  • Assists in analysis and detailed design of structural steel, concrete, and masonry structures for a wide variety of light/heavy industrial and private/commercial building type projects
  • Research design options and presents options to project team
  • Assists in client contact and communication
  • May serve as onsite project representative as required (infrequent)
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed Physical Requirements--
    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    • Ability to navigate various locations and settings of the company
    • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
    • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate a vehicle Why Ardurra?
