Sanderson Stewart is a multi-disciplinary design firm seeking a Senior Civil Engineer -Land Development Market Lead to help us manage and grow a diverse portfolio of land development projects in our Billings, MT region. This position requires strong leadership and business development skills with technical expertise in land development. The ability to cultivate, manage and grow relationships with clients and community partners is essential.Desired Skills and Qualifications:Minimum BS in civil engineering, or related engineering field; registered PE in Montana with 10+ years of site planning and design experienceRequires knowledge in all aspects of engineering related to land development, including entitlements, street and utility design, grading and stormwater management, permitting, specifications and cost estimating; construction oversight and contract administration; ensure quality and accuracy of work done by others; working knowledge of MT and Billings area development regulations preferredStrong written/verbal communication skills; ability to communicate and facilitate effectively and persuasively in public and team settingsAbility to prepare and successfully manage multiple projects, budgets and schedules from start to completion Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D design software, project management software and other relevant design and desktop productivity software.
