Engineer. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support
the Ground Based Strategic Deterrence (GBSD) program.This role may

is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour
day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You'll
Bring These Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in a STEM discipline and
5 years of related experience; OR a Master's Degree ina STEM
discipline and 3 years' related experience; OR a PhD Degree in a
STEM discipline and 0 years' experience.Active Secret Clearance
with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) security
clearanceExperience with root cause corrective actions and/or
MRB.These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Experience with
Mission Assurance Engineering and Quality Engineering
practicesExperience in Missile Systems/Sub-Systems design,
construction, or sustainmentExperience in process monitoring, data
collection, analysis, and metric reporting for overall program and
segments.A current/Active Top Secret clearanceLeadership experience
within manufacturing and engineering environments.Lead program PCAB
and drive process improvements.#GBSDintandtestSalary Range: $79,700
USD $119,500 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus
in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions
may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop
