Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Senior Principal Test Engineer.
This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the
Sentinel - Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. This
role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.What
You'll Get To Do: Synthesize test requirements into verification
requirements, test objectives, success criteria, and required
resources for system level tests and demonstrations Support the
development of test requirements and detailed integration test
plans, test information sheets (TIS), test procedures, test
readiness reviews (TRRs), test data and test reports Develop,
perform, and document tests, includes test planning, test
conduction, data analysis and documenting test results Execute of
qualification and acceptance testing per those requirements, plans
and procedures Create test ConOps flows that maximizes the utility
of test resources while meeting schedule and technical requirements
and/or constraints Support program reviews and customer delivery
(CDRL) development Lead test planning campaigns through major
program milestones and/or mission threads Interface with internal
and external customers Troubleshoot anomalous hardware and software
related to the test equipment Generate requirements and oversee
design of structures handling equipmentAs a full-time employee of

Employee DiscountsThis position's standard work schedule is a 9/80.
The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday
through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You'll Bring These
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and at least 9 years of relevant
experience; or a Master's and at least 7 years of relevant
experience; or a PhD and at least 4years of relevant experience. An
additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a
degree. US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher
(awarded within the past 6 years) Prior experience or knowledge of
system integration and test principles dealing with requirements,
software and hardware, test procedures and configuration management
Demonstrated experience in test planning and test executionThese
Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: US Citizenship with an Active
Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years)
Experience using Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) software
and Computer Aided Design (CAD) Tools (eg CAMEO, DOORS, and NX)
Test set calibration/validation and test script development
experience Structures load test experience Structures handling
equipment design experience Test automation principles or prior
implementation experience Ability to operate in a large integration
and test environment MS Office tools and Project Management
experience Solid oral and written communication and presentation

USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition
to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
