Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for
managing and implementing all digital strategies, including
programmatic display, social media content and Connected TV
advertising campaigns. - -In addition, you should a have good
understanding of Google products such as Google ads, display
network and YouTube. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Google
analytics, conversions, and other attribution models. - -This
position also requires the understanding of the programmatic
ecosystem and best practices with audience segmentation and
targeting. - -You will work closely with our design, strategy, web,
and management departments, as well as clients and other staff
members. You will be expected to work as a positive team member
with everyone on staff including the accounting department. -Client
and staff/project coordination and communication will play a major
role in this position. You will also be asked to work within the
sales environment in both presenting digital strategies and well as
representing A.D. Creative Group's design/creative capabilities.
This will include working in collaboration with our marketing
strategist to prepare both formal and written presentations
including digital strategies, digital plans, project proposals and
multimedia projects.Implementing, tracking, monitoring, and
reporting our client's digital campaigns will be your primary
responsibility. Our goal is to achieve the best results for our
client's campaigns. You will work closely with our Social Media
Manager and our Marketing Strategist to ensure that all campaigns
are cohesive across all platforms, and that all campaigns run on
time and within the client's established digital marketing strategy
and budget.RESPONSIBILITIES:
--- Create and run Programmatic Display, Online Pre-roll &
Connected TV campaigns
--- Continually look for ways to scale campaigns and optimize
performance
--- Make recommendations for suggested changes and tactics to
optimize campaigns
--- Coordinate with internal team on strategies, budget
allocations, etc.
--- Assist with digital marketing proposals and bids for potential
and existing clients
--- Monthly reporting on all campaign results using Tapclicks
--- Assist with both paid and organic social media content creation
and schedulingREQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
--- You must be organized, detailed oriented, and focused to be
successful at this position. -
--- You must be able to work and meet campaign deadlines. -
--- You should be able to multi-task multiple projects throughout a
day. -
--- Experience creating and running Programmatic, and Connected TV
campaigns
--- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag
Manager
--- Google Data Analytics Cerficate preferred but not required
--- Strong understanding of SEO and how it applies to paid digital
marketing efforts
--- Identify appropriate channels and KPls for content distribution
based on client objectives
--- -Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business
Center, Snapchat Ads Manager, and -LinkedIn Campaign Manager
--- -Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat,
LinkedIn, and Hulu platforms and best practices
--- Experience working with clients in a variety of verticals
--- Experience utilizing Choozle platform is a plus
--- Project management skills and understanding of how to manage
the priorities of multiple clients at a time, while maintaining a
focus on the delivery of results
--- Understanding of audience segmentation and defining
demographics/psychographics for micro segments.
--- Ability to analyze and present performance metrics to clients
using our reporting software
