Come be a part of our team Position Overview: The Silverline Client Partner (CP) is an insightful and strategic leader that maximizes client value by integrating Silverline's capabilities across all stages of the client's journey. The Client Partner will lead the Account Team, including Solution and Engagement focused resources, to ensure the Silverline Services proposed and delivered align with the client's vision and optimize value. While reporting into Industry, they will coordinate engagement teams across Delivery and Client Services. Supported by a client satisfaction toolset, the Client Partner can maximize Account Level satisfaction and referenceability. Portfolio sizes generally range between $5-$15 million of annual revenue and are focused across similar Accounts within Silverline's Financial Services team Job Responsibilities: Portfolio Growth: Drive the development and execution of the strategic framework for the client solution, using Silverline's sub-vertical processes, tools and content in partnership with the Account Executive and Industry team members. Drive strong relationships across the SIlverline team with client executives including presentations centered on client business value and Silverline's industry sub-vertical point of view as appropriate Partner with the Account Executive on key Sales interactions and Account Planning Ensure the client has a plan to maximize value post "go-live" Leverage internal Silverline Resources as appropriate to gain client trust Final decision maker on approach and SOW language for scope and approach or scope based pricing Contribute to overall growth target in partnership with the Account Executive Engagement: Ensure successful onboarding of Silverline Services Teams to billable engagements Drive option construction, recommendation and presentation to client for strategic decisions Coach and mentor all team members on consulting skills Conduct regular touchpoints with the client's executive team Serve as the highest escalation point within the Silverline engagement teams and facilitate further escalation as appropriate Ongoing Client Activities Work with the Account Executive to develop and execute on account plan to maximize Silverline's value to the client Serve as a co-presenter or co-host with the client at industry and/or networking events Minimum Qualifications: Must be confident, resourceful, flexible and exhibit initiative Team player with ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ( sales, delivery, marketing, etc.) Strong communication (verbal & written) and persuasion skills Must have an understanding of customer engagement/experience platforms including Salesforce.com and how they can be used to solve customer business objectives Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and the ability to articulate the synergies that occur when leveraging multiple Salesforce clouds in a solution 12 years experience in consulting including time in program, project, engagement management, and sales 7 years experience implementing projects on customer engagement/experience platforms preferably including the Salesforce Platform Experience with establishing client vision and communicating to multiple types of buyers at the client Experience with custom application project leadership Experience with Agile, Scrum or adjacent delivery methodologies Concentration or expertise in Financial Services
