improve.Qualifications* you will bring to the table:
- An Associates or a Bachelors degree in Accounting, related
field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of job-related experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel including pivot
tables and Vlookups, and Outlook,
- Basic knowledge of project accounting and accounting
principles
- Architecture/Engineering/Construction or Professional Services
industry experience is preferred
- Deltek Vantagepoint accounting software experience is a
plus
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a high level
of accuracy
- The ability to work with confidential data, and the ability to
be approachable and responsive and work within time
constraints
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required*Did

Member at Cushing Terrell, you will*
- Prepare monthly billings for clients on a national, regional,
and local scale
- Review project records for appropriate posting of hours to the
Company client & overhead projects
- Review & approve the accuracy of the new project setup on the
accounting system as it relates to the project contracts
- Review project database information to maintain accurate
records
- Maintain accurate and complete contract files for each
project
- Be responsible for various reporting and assisting project
managers as needed on financial details related to job costing
- Review and process team member expense reimbursement requests
for compliance with the Companys expense reimbursement guidelines
within stated deadlines
- Support the accounting team as needed
- Foster communication between the accounting department and
project teams, and assist project teams with questions*The majority
of the time, a person in this role will be sitting in an office
with limited physical requirements. This may require individuals to
bend, stretch, twist, and reach.Your payThe salary for this
position is based on the location/s posted.
- Expected Range*: $50,000 to $60,000
- The position is also eligible for an annual performance
bonus*The actual salary offered for the role will be determined
based on various factors including but not limited to; years of
experience,certifications, location, level of job-related
knowledge, and other job-related factors (as permitted by law).Why
