TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Oncology RN in Billings, Montana, 59101 Pay Information $2,182 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Medical/Surgical Oncology Job Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Night 12-hour shifts, 3 times per week Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred License: Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice is required Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association. - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)/Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)/Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as appropriate for unit or service. Must-Have: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (ASN required, Bachelor's degree preferred) Job Description: - Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in line with accepted practice standards as defined by the state Board of Nursing. - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care. - Evaluate health status through the ongoing collection and assessment of health data. - Perform health teaching and health counseling. - Provide therapy and treatment that is supportive and restorative to life and well-being, either directly to the patient or indirectly through consultation, delegation, supervision, or teaching of others. - Execute delegated medical functions. - Refer patients as needed for further evaluation or treatment. - Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans. - Document in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines. - Utilize resources as needed. - Promote mission, vision, and values of the institution and adhere to service behavior standards. - Perform other duties as assigned. - May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need. - May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift. 26998568EXPPLAT Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS BLS Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam About Cynet Health Your travel nursing adventure begins here.
