Job Description:
Adecco is currently assisting a local client in recruiting for a
Fiscal Officer / Accounting job in Billings, MT. This is a
temporary to hire opportunity. The position will be responsible for
coordinating accounting functions for mid-size nonprofit
organization including overseeing payroll and accounts payable.
Responsibilities for the job include:
Developing and Executing Agency Budget
Implementing New Accounting System
Maintaining Accurate Records and Reports
Ensure Grant Funds are Monitored
Reviews Compliance with Agency Policies and Procedures
Candidates must meet the following requirements for
consideration:
Four year degree in Accounting or Related Specialized Field
Minimum of Four Years of Experience in All Aspects of Non-Profit
Accounting
Working and Managing Computerized Accounting Systems
CPA Certification Preferred but not Required
